By decreasing your caffeine intake, you will naturally decrease your stress levels.

A great and simple way to reduce your stress level is to take a break, even if it's just a minute or two. By stepping away from a stressful situation, you are allowing yourself to rejuvenate and recover for a few short minutes. By letting your body relax and your stress hormones to reduce, you are giving yourself a fresh start at the project at hand. With a new perspective after your small break, you might find that the task at hand isn't as stressful as it first seemed.

Stress can be a vicious cycle so find small ways of breaking it up to avoid it breaking you down! If there is no way to completely avoid stress we can at least make it intermittent!

To lower your stress levels. make sure you exercise at least three to five times each week for thirty minutes each session. The exercise can be anything from running and swimming to simply a daily walk. Exercise has the benefit of releasing endorphins, chemicals that enhance your mood, making it a great way to de-stress at the end of a hectic day!

Instead of internalizing all of the stress that you have, write down on paper the things that are bothering you. This is a great way to purge your feelings so that they are not kept inside and causing more anxiety during the course of the day.

Identify the main sources of stress in your life, and then find ways to either completely eliminate it or reduce it as much as possible. One example would be a friend who is constantly causing you to feel stressed and unhappy. Work to change that relationship or create distance between you and that person.

Cutting out the stress factors in your life can improve your physical and emotional health.

Stress is a double-edged sword that can cause extreme exhaustion while also causing the inability to fall asleep. To get a good-night's sleep, take a nice warm bath immediately before bed. Relax your body in the water one bit at a time and let your cares drain away with the bath water when done.
